Client reporting
A report your clients actually read
A print-ready report under your own name, built from your live AI visibility data. A schedule that makes it weekly or monthly and emails it to your clients. Every number opens the real answer behind it. Every delivery status tells the truth.
Format
A4 and Letter
server-drawn charts, prints crisp, saves as PDF from the browser
Schedule
Weekly or monthly
last 7 days, or a rolling 28 days. Never a fake calendar month
Recipients
Up to 10
per brand. A summary email with a link to the full report
Delivery status
Honest
"sent" only when it was sent. Otherwise "generated", with the link
White-label report
Print-ready, branded as yours
The report prints at A4 and Letter with server-drawn charts, so it stays crisp. Save it as a PDF from your browser. On Agency plans it ships under your name: the footer and the report emails say "Prepared by your agency", your workspace name by default, with a per-project override.
It covers the range you pick and follows the same honesty rules as the rest of the product. A section with nothing captured does not fake a chart. A change with no prior period prints "new", not a made-up number. Sections that appear only when there is data renumber, so the document never skips a number.
Sample. A4 or Letter, server-drawn charts, your agency in the footer.
Scheduled delivery
Made on a schedule, emailed to your clients
Give each brand a schedule. Weekly, over the last 7 days. Or monthly, over a rolling 28 days, labeled exactly that, never dressed up as a calendar month. Add up to 10 recipients. Each period we make the report and email a summary with a link to the full document.
Schedules are opt-in and stay with owners and admins, the same as member and billing management. Every change goes to the workspace audit log.
Sample. One schedule per brand: cadence, recipients, active or paused.
Honest delivery
A report is "sent" only when it was sent
Email starts once the sending domain is verified. Until then, scheduled runs still make the report. The link shows on the Reports page and posts to the brand's Slack webhook if there is one. The run is marked "generated", never a fake "sent".
The same rule that keeps a dash where a zero would be a lie keeps your delivery history honest. Every run carries the status of what really happened.
Sample. A run before the sending domain was verified reads "generated", never a fake "sent".
Beyond the report
Live views, your own dashboards, or raw data
A static document is not always the right deliverable. Client viewer seats share a live, read-only dashboard limited to that client's project. The Looker Studio connector feeds your own dashboards. CSV exports and the REST API and MCP server carry the same numbers anywhere else.
Sample. The report is one of several ways the same numbers leave MentionFlow.
Frequently asked questions
What is a white-label AI visibility report?
A document for your client or your boss. It puts your AI search numbers (visibility, share of voice, sentiment, citations, and the answers behind them) into a print-ready report under your own agency name. White label comes with the Agency plans: the "Prepared by" line defaults to your workspace name, with a per-project override, and carries into the report emails too. It prints at A4 and Letter with server-drawn charts, and saves as PDF from your browser.
Can reports be emailed to clients automatically?
Yes. Each brand can have a schedule. Weekly fires with the first collection of the week and covers the last 7 days. Monthly fires on the 1st and covers a rolling 28 days, never a fake calendar month. Add up to 10 recipients. Each period we generate the report and email a summary with a link to the full document. Nothing sends until you create a schedule and set it active.
What happens if email is not set up yet?
The report still generates on schedule. The run is marked "generated", never a fake "sent". The link shows on the Reports page and posts to the brand's Slack webhook if there is one. Email starts once the sending domain is verified. Every run carries an honest status either way.
Who can manage report schedules?
Workspace owners and admins, the same as member and billing management. Client viewers see schedules read-only. Every schedule change goes to the workspace audit log. Turning on a schedule that emails workspace data to outside people needs a verified email address for accounts created on or after 2026-07-11.
Can clients get a live view instead of a static report?
Yes. Read-only client viewer seats share live dashboards with no edit rights. Members and viewers can be limited to specific projects, so each client sees only their own brand. For teams that build their own reporting, a Looker Studio connector and the REST API give the same numbers.
The full mechanics are in the docs: Reports and Looker Studio. Pair reporting with team roles and per-project access for client-safe workspaces, and AI brand monitoring for the data underneath.
