Client reporting

AI search reporting your clients actually read

A print-ready, white-label client report built from your live AI visibility data — and a schedule that generates it weekly or monthly and emails it to your clients. Every number in it drills back to a verbatim answer, and every delivery status is honest.

White-label report

Print-ready, branded as yours

The client report renders at A4 and Letter with server-side SVG charts, so it prints crisply — save it as a PDF straight from your browser. Add your agency footer and it ships under your name.

It assembles eight data sections over the range you pick, and it follows the same honesty rules as the rest of the product: a section with nothing captured doesn't fake a chart, deltas with no prior period print “new” instead of a made-up change, and conditional sections renumber so the document never skips a number.

Scheduled delivery

Generated on a cadence, emailed to your clients

Give each brand a schedule: weekly over the last 7 days, or monthly over a rolling 28-day window — labeled as exactly that, never dressed up as a calendar month. Add up to 10 recipients and each period MentionFlow generates the report and emails a summary linking the full document.

Schedules are opt-in and stay under owner/admin control — the same fence as member and billing management — and every change is written to the workspace audit log.

Honest delivery

A report is “sent” only when it was actually sent

Email delivery activates once the sending domain is verified. Until then, scheduled runs still generate the report— the link appears on the Reports page and posts to the brand's Slack webhook if one is configured — and the run is marked “generated”, never a fake “sent”.

The same discipline that keeps an em-dash where a zero would be a lie keeps your delivery history trustworthy: every run carries the status of what actually happened.

Beyond the report

Live views, your own dashboards, or raw data

A static document isn't always the right deliverable. Client viewer seatsshare a live, read-only dashboard scoped to just that client's project; the Looker Studio connector feeds your own dashboards; CSV exports and the REST API & MCP server carry the same numbers anywhere else.

Frequently asked questions

What is a white-label AI visibility report?+

A client-ready document that assembles your AI search metrics — visibility, share of voice, sentiment, citations, and the answers behind them — into a print-ready report you can hand to a client or stakeholder under your own agency footer. MentionFlow's client report renders at A4 and Letter with server-side SVG charts, so it prints crisply, and exports to PDF straight from your browser.

Can reports be emailed to clients automatically?+

Yes. Each brand can have a schedule: weekly (fires with the first collection cycle of the week, covering the last 7 days) or monthly (fires on the 1st, covering a rolling 28-day window — never a fake calendar month). Add up to 10 recipients and MentionFlow generates the report each period and emails a summary linking the full document. Schedules are opt-in: nothing sends until you create one and set it active.

What happens if email isn't set up yet?+

The report still generates on schedule — the run is marked "generated", never a fake "sent". The link is surfaced on the Reports page and posted to the brand's Slack webhook if one is configured. Email delivery activates once the sending domain is verified with the email provider; every run carries an honest status either way.

Who can manage report schedules?+

Workspace owners and admins — the same fence as member and billing management. Client viewers see schedules read-only. Every schedule change is written to the workspace audit log, and enabling a schedule that emails workspace data to external recipients requires a verified email address for accounts created on or after 2026-07-11.

Can clients get a live view instead of a static report?+

Yes — read-only client viewer seats share live dashboards without any edit rights, and members or viewers can be scoped to specific projects so each client only sees their own brand. For teams that build their own reporting, a Looker Studio community connector and the REST API expose the same numbers.

The full mechanics are documented in Reports and Looker Studio. Pair reporting with team roles & per-project access for client-safe workspaces, and AI brand monitoring for the data underneath.
