Portfolio
The agency multi-client screen — one row per brand, biggest movers first, each brand measured over its own newest-seven-collected-day window.
Portfolio is the agency multi-client view: one row per brand, biggest movers first. Each brand is computed over its own newest-seven-collected-day window, so a brand that collected yesterday and a brand that collected last week are each read against their own freshest data.
What it does
When you manage several brands in one workspace, Portfolio ranks them by movement and surfaces which client needs attention — without averaging away a brand whose data is stale.
How to use it
Portfolio appears only when a workspace has 2 or more brands. With a single brand it redirects and its sidebar link is hidden.
- Click a row to switch the active brand and open its Overview.
- The delta header cycles through three sorts: movers, then gains, then drops.
- Rows with missing data always sort last, so an empty brand never masquerades as a top mover.
How it's computed
Rollups are built from daily aggregates over a 42-day fetch horizon. Each brand's window anchors at its own newest search-grounded date, not at wall-clock today.
- Visibility (7d) is a run-count-weighted blend, guaranteed to equal that brand's Overview headline.
- The 7-day delta is a percent change versus the prior slice, and is null when there is no baseline.
- Mentions (7d) = round(sum of presence_rate × run count).
- The 14-day trend fills uncollected days with null, never zero.
- A brand is stale when it is more than 2 days behind the portfolio anchor. Never-collected and dormant brands get distinct em-dash tooltips, following the data-honesty rule.
- Open actions use the exact same "open" definition as Actions.
- Archived brands are excluded from the blend by default — a stopped brand's flat history would read as live portfolio performance. The "archived brands hidden — show" toggle includes them, badged, so the history stays one click away instead of silently gone.
Limits
Portfolio is gated by brand count — it needs at least 2 brands. Plans control that through their brand limits, so the feature's availability follows your plan's brand allowance.
